Introduction

Many of us gain weight over time and with growing age. By the time we notice that we have gained so much weight, it becomes too late to shed those extra pounds easily. Then we decide to work out and go for a walk every single day. We do that for a few days, just to see that we lost neither weight nor the extra inches. And then we start feeling demotivated and stop doing everything! Is that the case with you as well? Well, I have good news for you. You should continue with the workouts and walking, but a few small changes in your diet will give you miraculous results. Today’s recipe is one such recipe that will help you lose weight healthy way! So, without any further delay, let’s get started…

What You Need

  • 1/4 cup of Makhana (Fox nut)
  • 7-8 soaked almonds
  • 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • 2-3 dates without seeds
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon (optional)

How to Make It

Soak almonds in water for 2–3 hours, so that they will get bigger and soft

Then take 1/4 cup of makhana in a pan and roast it for 2–3 mins

Add soaked almonds, roasted makhana, and dates in the mixer jar and grind them. After that add a glass of skimmed milk and blend everything for 30–40 seconds.

Your awesome weight-loss smoothie is ready. Transfer it to a glass, add some honey if you like, and enjoy the delicious smoothie!
