Introduction

When I was a small kid, I never liked Bhagar. I used to find it a dry tasteless thing. And I used to always prefer Sabudana Khichdi to Bhagar. Later, when I grew up and started to take an interest in recipes and nutrition, I read about the immense health benefits of consuming Bhagar. Then I tried to make some small modifications to the procedure and ingredients used to prepare Bhagar. It came out very well and was even liked by small kids as well. Bhagar, also known as barnyard millet or Samak, is a gluten-free grain that is rich in fiber, essential minerals, and antioxidants. It aids in digestion, supports heart health, and helps in managing blood sugar levels. Combined with the creamy and protein-packed peanut curry, this dish offers a perfect blend of taste and nutrition. Follow my simple step-by-step instructions to create this nutritious and delicious dish that will surely become a favorite in your family.
